If we understand what’s at play within our organisation’s culture, it gives us the opportunity to strategically build on that knowledge and to develop something we know is going to support greater mental health and wellbeing outcomes across the business.
We first need to develop a culture strategy, identify the constructive behaviours we want to embed in our culture, then assess constructive and destructive behaviours at play within the business.
Only then can we start to address the destructive behaviours that may be affecting mental health and wellbeing in the business, and start to implement real and lasting change.
